RICHMOND, Va., Aug. 10, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Synalloy Corporation (Nasdaq:SYNL) (“Synalloy”) announced today that it has filed a prospectus supplement under which it may issue and sell, from time to time, up to an aggregate of $10 million of its common stock (“Common Stock”) under an “at-the-market” equity offering program (the “ATM Program”) through BB&T Capital Markets, a division of BB&T Securities, LLC, and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc.
